Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Oldbru, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read the following policy for guidance on refunds, returns, and exchanges for all orders shipped within the United States.

1. Returns

   • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and documentation intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

   • Process: Our shipments do not include a prepaid return label. To begin a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, full name, a copy or screenshot of your receipt, and a brief explanation for the return. If applicable, attach photos or videos to document any issues.

2. Refunds

   • Inspection: Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding your refund status.

   • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the credit.

3. Exchanges

   • Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or do not match the order (including sizing discrepancies).

   • Procedure: Contact us at [email protected] to request an exchange, providing the same details as required for a return. For defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Order Cancellations

   • Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

   • After Production: Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

   • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address (including street name and house number) is correct. Delivery issues due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
