Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Oldbru, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work diligently to process orders within 2–3 business days following payment confirmation, and once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.
General Return & Exchange Guidelines
You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the receipt date. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, please ensure:
- The product is unused, unopened, unmarked, and in its original condition.
- Sets or multi-item packs must be returned complete.
- Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are excluded.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on online orders.
These terms do not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Condition for Returns
Returned items must be sent back in their original state. Additional fees may apply if the item shows signs of wear, misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidental damage.
Product Quality Issues
If the return or exchange is due to a defect or quality concern, Oldbru will cover the return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
Returns for Personal Reasons
For returns initiated due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Oldbru reserves the right to inspect the returned item and determine its eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Authorized Returns & Exchanges
If your return or exchange is approved, we will supply a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions. Be sure to include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts.
Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email confirmation after inspecting the item. Based on our assessment:
- Approved exchanges will be processed promptly.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
