- Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and documentation intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Process: Our shipments do not include a prepaid return label. To begin a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, full name, a copy or screenshot of your receipt, and a brief explanation for the return. If applicable, attach photos or videos to document any issues.
- Refunds
- Inspection: Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding your refund status.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the credit.
- Exchanges
